As far as I am concerned, this company is aptly named! Our home is 20 years old, with two units. As luck would have it, both units began giving us trouble at once! We decided we were not going to keep paying to fix them. I spotted one of Magic Touch’s trucks at my next-door neighbor’s house. I went over to ask her if she was happy with them, and she said they have been using them for years, and wouldn’t use any other company. We opted to replace both units, and got very efficient Lennox units at a considerably better price than their competitors were giving me!
The workers were on time, very friendly and helpful. I will happily recommend them. Both AC’s are working quietly as promised, unlike the Trane units that were installed by the homebuilder.
