The service techs were wonderful, each extremely knowledgeable about the units and their installation. Since our furnace was in the crawl space above our bedroom closet, they covered the carpet and all our clothes with heavy-duty plastic so as not to soil anything! They completed the total installation in one day and had us up and running. Another tech came out to our house within one week to check on how everything went and brought all the paperwork we needed for rebates from Lenox and from SRP. Everything was wonderful!
