Magic Touch Mechanical, Inc. named 2013 National Residential Contractor of the Year by ACCA

Rich Morgan, president of Magic Touch Mechanical, Inc. received a very exciting phone call last week from the Air Conditioning Contractors of America, the largest association of air conditioning, heating, and indoor comfort professionals in the United States, with corporate offices based in Virginia, USA.

The news:

Magic Touch Mechanical was awarded the prestigious National Residential Contractor of the Year Award!

Over the years we have won numerous awards that we are very proud of including a Business Ethics Award from the Better Business Bureau and being named The Best Contractor to Work For in the U.S. by the industry publication ACHR News, but this is by far our crowning achievement, says Morgan.

According to the ACCA National website, the Air Conditioning Contractors of America is “a non-profit association serving more than 60,000 professionals and 4,000 businesses in the HVACR community, with roots stretching back to the early part of the 20th century, and the organization was incorporated in its present form over 40 years ago.”

Morgan says the reason this award is so highly regarded in the industry is because its members are truly the best of the best in the industry, so being named the best of the best of the best is the highest possible honor.

He equates this award to winning the gold medal at the Olympics. “I’m sure an Olympic athlete would not have much of a problem taking home the gold in his or her event if competing against an everyday Joe, but it’s a whole other accomplishment to bring home the gold when competing against the finest athletes in the world!”

The award ceremony will be held on Orlando, Florida on February 27, 2013 at the Marriot World Center in conjunction with the ACCA National Annual Conference, where Morgan will be in attendance to officially accept the award on behalf of Magic Touch Mechanical, Inc.

Magic Touch Mechanical, Inc. is based in Mesa, Arizona and provides air conditioning, heating, insulation, and energy testing services to the Phoenix-Metro area of AZ.
