The true test of a good company is how they respond when the product they recommend & sell you breaks. Magic sold us a Trane ac in 2007 and we had no problems with it until this summer when it started to blow out hot air. The response was quick and professional and there were no questions asked when it came to honoring their promises, simply “its covered by the warranty” Its no secret that ac companies have a reputation for being shady but I’ve never had that feeling with Magic. This ac company deserves my referral.
