After a horrific experience with another company, I called two more companies to make sure I didn’t get burned again. The man from Magic Touch was polite, patient, and professional. He laid out all my options from a cheap fix which he called a “bandaid” to showing me how much a new heating and cooling system would cost. I really appreciated his time and concern as I’m on a fixed income and he didn’t try to sell me items I didn’t need but he didn’t judge me and assume I couldn’t pay for the “premium package”. Ultimately I chose to go with the bandaid option for now because I want to plan to upgrade my home. I will certainly us this company when I do to because I can just tell they are a company that I can trust to treat me fairly. I can tell this is a wonderful company by the fact that they have people that really do care working for them.
